Why Your Image Quality Matters
For the best results on your custom T-shirt, the image you upload is very important! A high-quality image ensures your design looks sharp, vibrant, and professional. If the image is too small, blurry, or low-resolution, it may not print clearly.

Upload high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). Use PNG or JPEG formats with a transparent or solid background. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or stretched images.

DTF printing is a high-quality printing method where the design is printed on a special film and then transferred onto the hat using heat. DTF printing allows us to apply detailed, colorful, and long-lasting designs to your hat with a soft feel that won’t easily crack or fade.
DTF Custom Hat Care Instructions

Hand Wash Preferred – To maintain the integrity of the design, gently hand wash the hat with mild detergent and cold water. Avoid scrubbing directly on the printed area.

Avoid Machine Washing – Machine washing can be too harsh and may cause the design to peel or fade over time.

No Harsh Chemicals – Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or strong detergents as they can damage both the fabric and the DTF print.

Air Dry Only – Do not use a dryer. Instead, reshape the hat and let it air dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause fading.

Do Not Iron on Design – High heat can ruin the DTF print. If needed, use a low-heat setting to iron the hat but avoid the printed area.

Store Properly – Keep your hat in a cool, dry place. Avoid stacking heavy objects on it to prevent deformation
